Mr. Stacey is a senior level corporate finance and operating executive with a broad range of experience over a wide variety of industries. A creative problem solver with a unique ability to effectively close complex transactions, his professional history includes work with world-class national and international financial services companies as well as privately held businesses. Corporate finance transactional experience covers corporate valuations, fairness opinions, debt and equity capital placement, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, restructurings, re-financings, merger and acquisitions advisory.
Mr. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University, a Masters in Business Administration, concentration in finance, from Temple University, and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Stanford University Program on Organizational Change, the Columbia University Leadership Program and the Graduate Marketing Certificate Program at Southern Methodist University. Mr. Stacey is a FINRA registered representative (Series 7, 63), and investment banking representative (Series 79).
Prior to beginning his professional business career, Mr. Stacey served during the Vietnam Era with the United States Navy. As a civilian, he has logged over 5,000 flight hours as pilot in command.
